Can anyone direct me as to how to go about implementing standard operating procedures for a sales department?

Relief!!! Are there any websites, books, manuals, training seminars or legitimate plain advice ? I work for a small company that sells and installs frighten systems on yatchs. I also need tips on marketing.

Basically you are being tasked with recording procedures as to how the whole concept works. Putting in book how we do things and what we do if different situations come up. You are in charge of mise en scene the rule following standards of the company.
